How is the shipping cost?
If you purchase HK$300 (after discount) on this website, you can enjoy free shipping service. If you are less than HK$300, you need to charge HK$50.00 (only for general areas).
If the delivery address requires walking stairs, the logistics company may have additional charges.

Delivery time?
We will work with different local logistics companies to bring the goods to the customers as soon as possible.

General goods will be shipped within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time will depend on the delivery area, such as remote areas, residential areas and logistics companies. Under normal circumstances, the goods will be delivered to the designated delivery address within 2-5 working days.

As some of the goods may not be in stock temporarily or need to be combined for delivery, resulting in a longer delivery time, we will notify you by email and indicate in the product description. In addition, if there is a shortage after the order is placed, we will notify you within 7 working days and return the relevant amount.

Delivery arrangements for remote areas and large goods?
Not delivered to the area: outlying islands and restricted areas. Remote areas include: Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok, Ma Wan, Hong Kong Disneyland, Discovery Bay. We may use the Hongkong Post to deliver goods to remote areas, which will take an additional 3-6 business days to arrive.

We recommend that you contact us for the delivery of the relevant area before purchasing. If the delivery is not possible, the website will reserve the right to final shipment.

How to deal with orders that cannot be delivered?
Unable to deliver, mainly because of the wrong delivery address, the logistics company failed to contact the customer multiple times, etc. When the goods are returned, we will contact the customer and arrange a second delivery service, the customer may need to pay the relevant shipping costs.
